As a design collaborative, we were given the task of reimagining and designing for a mixed-use,  theater-driven community center in Baltimore City. Having been awarded Bond Bill funding, they needed an architectural and conceptual blueprint for future execution. Equal parts community theater, trade school, and youth programming center, we designed everything to be convertible, flexible, and above all PLAYFUL. The brand concept was 'playful at all ages,' We leaned heavily on sensory design to promote feelings of calm as well as wonderment.
